2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and lawful scan targets.
3. Billing and trials
Paid subscriptions include trial terms shown on the pricing page. Billing is handled via Stripe and subject to Stripe payment terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse scanning infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for illegal activities.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or legal compliance outcomes. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited.
6. Data and retention
Submitted scan data may be stored to provide reporting history and platform functionality as described in our privacy policy.
